Shipping policy

Shipping within New Zealand

  • Nationwide NZ Shipping including PO Boxes is charged out at a flat rate of $15 or $19.50 for rural addresses*
  • Orders of $200, after any discounts or vouchers are redeemed are automatically entitled to FREE SHIPPING*
  • We are currently using NZ Post for shipping our products, using a tracked ticketing option
  • You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after placing your order online. This confirmation will indicate approximate delivery time and notes on delayed shipping dates.
  • Orders received before 10am are dispatched the next day.
  • You will be emailed shipping notifications with tracking details when your parcel has been scanned by NZ Post. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become available. 
  • Packages are sent on a tracked, non-signature service. If you have special instructions for delivery including gate codes, where to leave your package or if you would like it signature required - please leave us notes in the order comments when checking out.
  • We advise our customers to allow 3-5 business days for delivery and a few extra days if it is going on rural delivery service.
  • As we are located in Rural NZ, we are unable to provide overnight courier services.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for failure to deliver on the estimated date. We do not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. strikes, weather events, global pandemics and natural disasters) or delays which result in Woodzone not receiving deliveries from third parties on time or as a consequence of an incorrectly supplied delivery address.

International Shipping Notice

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

We have made the decision to no longer offer international shipping and are now proudly focusing on supplying our customers throughout the New Zealand market.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers and appreciate your understanding and continued support.

If you are in NZ and would like to ship your item overseas we can send you the item packaged well ready for you to take the item to your local post office. Please mention in notes on your order that you would the item packed well for sending overseas.
